TWO OR THREE CHAMBER 95% HEAT RECOVREY REGENERATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZERS (RTO'S)
EAS Incorporated supplies 2-3 chamber RTO systems that offer up to 95% heat recovery. These systems are ideal for VOC streams that have very little fuel value thus making them the most economical VOC air pollution control system available.
The RTO system we offer has the following unique features and benefits.
Unique and proprietary single butterfly switching valve operations thus our system has only one moving part and much less likely to fail. Since there is only one single valve and one moving part this requires no indexing, position switches, and calibration.
Seal arrangement for valve is proven in over 100 operating systems with zero leakage.
The burner used in our RTO is a North American nozzle mix burner utilizing a separate combustion blower. We have linkages to adjust and our burner is serviceable from ground level and tucked away underneath our crossover combustion chamber. Our burner is a simple block of cast iron and ceramic with no moving parts and will operate from very lean to quite rich utilizing a cross connected regulator system to provide for optimum operation over a wide variety of flows and pressures.
Our system comes standard with a VFD for quick heat up of the Lantec MLM loose plate structured ceramic block heat retention media offering very low pressure drop.
Our supplier has his own metal fabrication shop and does not rely on any outside assemblers to ensure quality and keep the price of our equipment competitive.
Our supplier has very low overhead and we sell our equipment for much less versus our larger competitors.
Destruction efficiencies up to 99% possible with 98% typical guarantee.

System is shipped in three separate pieces and is easily assemble on site and typically mounted on a concrete pad outside the building. Stack height to client's specifications with optional ladder and test platform.
