• Save up to an additional $20k a year in natural gas
• Modules are 12.5” OD x 12.5” OD x 2” OD and usually 64 or 100 cpsi.
• Guard beds are mounted 12” from tip of burner flame. Access doors are provided between guard bed and catalyst bed.
• Much less expensive to maintain guard bed vs. main catalyst bed.
• Guard beds improve flow and temperature distribution across face of catalyst for improved DRE.
