- EAS Incorporated supplies new replacement ceramic corderite and
honeycomb monolith metallic substrate VOC, CO, 3-Way NSCR, and bead type precious metal catalysts. We also offer manganese dioxide non precious metal catalysts.
- Our catalysts are available in a wide variety of cell densities ranging from 64-400 cpsi in ceramic corderite honeycomb monolith and 100-700 cpsi in metallic monolith substrate. Our bead type formulations are available in spheres, tablets, and extradite shapes both with precious and non-precious metal formulations.
- We provide both 2-Way Platinum only oxidation catalysts for lean burn, 2-cycle and diesel engines as well as 3-Way NSCR oxidation catalysts for rich burn engines in a wide variety of cell densities.
- All shapes and sizes of catalyst are available including oblongs, octagons, oblongs, squares, rectangles, and beads with varying diameters and thicknesses.
- Round metallic monoliths can be made either brazed or with anti-telescoping bars indented into the foil on both sides and welded to the outside 304 stainless steel ring to prevent telescoping.
- Miratech oblong and octagon shaped elements can be made with additional cross bracing across the face on both sides for longer life and made to 3”, 3.25” & 3.50” OD outside thicknesses at a lower cost.
Our quality assurance program assures exact weights on both gamma alumina wash coats and precious metal impregnation to precise weights no matter what type of coating including Platinum only or Platinum/Palladium.
